Jake Hernandez Bail Bonds answers the phone live, 24 hours a day, from offices in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Santa Ana, and San Diego — and writes bonds at every jail in California.
What to Have Ready When You Call
The faster we can locate the inmate, the faster the bond goes up. Have the defendant's full legal name and date of birth, the city or agency that made the arrest, and the booking number if you have it. If you do not have any of that, we can still find them — give us the name and the approximate arrest location and we will search county systems directly.
For the co-signer, we need a valid government ID, proof of income or employment, and a verifiable address. Approval decisions are typically made in under ten minutes, and all paperwork can be signed electronically from a phone.
Our California Offices and Service Area
Our California offices are 165 W Hospitality Ln Ste C4, San Bernardino, CA 92408; 965 N Vignes St Ste 5h, Los Angeles, CA 90012; 600 W Santa Ana Blvd #710, Santa Ana, CA 92701; 3000 Upas St #505, San Diego, CA 92104. Our San Bernardino office serves Central Detention, West Valley, High Desert, and Glen Helen. Our Santa Ana office covers Orange County facilities, and our San Diego office covers San Diego County facilities.
Outside those counties, we write bonds statewide — Riverside, Ventura, Kern, Fresno, Sacramento, Alameda, Santa Clara, and every other California county — through licensed agents who work those facilities regularly.
After-Hours, Weekend, and Holiday Service
Most arrests happen at night and on weekends, which is exactly when many agencies send calls to voicemail. We staff live agents around the clock, including holidays. If a jail's release window is closed when you call, we tell you honestly, prepare the bond so it posts the second the window opens, and keep you updated instead of leaving you refreshing an inmate locator.

Free Consultation and No-Obligation Quotes
There is no charge to call, no charge to locate an inmate, and no charge for a bail quote. Many of our calls end with us telling a family that the defendant is about to be released on their own recognizance, or that a hold makes a bond pointless until it clears. Knowing that saves people thousands of dollars, and it is the reason most of our business comes from referrals and repeat families.
If you would rather not call, submit the form on this page. It reaches an agent immediately, day or night, and you will get a confirmation email with next steps within minutes.
